1. Introduction
This Payment Policy explains how payments, subscription activation, QR token prepaid service payments, payouts, settlement, and revenue recognition may work for InCue. This policy is a professional business draft and should be reviewed by a qualified legal, tax, or accounting advisor before final publication.
2. Who We Are
InCue is operated by MR industry. InCue provides smart queue and token management software for merchants such as clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, salons, service centers, offices, and other businesses where customers wait for service.
3. Merchant Subscription Payments
Merchants may subscribe to fixed InCue software plans such as Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise, or any custom plan offered by InCue. Plan features, limits, price, renewal cycle, add-ons, and access rights depend on the selected plan and the written or published offer applicable at that time.
4. Payment Must Be Received or Captured
A plan selection, invoice generation, payment link creation, payment link opening, order creation, quotation, or verbal confirmation is not treated as a completed sale. InCue services, paid features, renewal, or plan activation may become active only after payment is actually received, captured by the payment gateway, or manually marked as received by an authorized admin after verification.
5. Pending, Failed, or Unpaid Payments
If a payment is pending, failed, expired, cancelled, disputed, reversed, refunded, or unpaid, InCue may keep the account inactive, restrict paid features, stop renewal, downgrade access, or request payment again. InCue is not required to activate paid services based only on an attempted or pending payment.
6. QR Token Customer Prepaid Service Payments
If a merchant configures a service as prepaid for QR token generation, the customer may be asked to complete payment through the available payment gateway before the token is generated. In this flow, the token should be created only after successful payment capture or confirmed payment status from the payment provider.
7. QR Token Postpaid Services
If a merchant configures a service as postpaid, free, or payable later, InCue may generate the token directly without collecting online payment from the customer. The merchant and customer may then handle service payment later through their own process, counter billing, cash, UPI, card machine, invoice, or any other accepted method outside that specific online prepaid QR flow.
8. Current QR Service Payment Amount Split
For the current QR customer prepaid service payment flow, the full paid service amount is considered the merchant's service amount. At this stage, InCue does not apply a platform cut on such QR service payments unless a separate written agreement, product setting, or future policy states otherwise.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, Razorpay charges, transaction charges, settlement charges, dispute fees, refund charges, or any other third-party payment provider costs may be deducted or applied as per the payment provider's terms. InCue does not control third-party gateway fees or settlement timelines.
10. Future Platform Fees
InCue may introduce platform fees, convenience fees, commission, service charges, or route-based platform cuts for customer service payments in the future. Any such change may be applied through updated pricing, merchant agreement, product setting, invoice, or updated policy, as applicable.
11. Payment Routing and Settlement
QR customer prepaid service payments may be routed through Razorpay Route or any other supported payment routing method if the merchant account is configured and eligible. If route-based settlement is not available, the payment may be treated as pending or manual platform settlement until the correct payout process is completed.
12. Current QR Payment Ledger Treatment
For current QR prepaid service payments, the merchant amount is treated as the full paid service amount and the InCue platform amount is treated as zero unless otherwise configured or agreed. Settlement mode may be Razorpay Route if the merchant route account is configured, or pending/manual platform settlement where route settlement is not available.
13. Common Payment and Payout Ledger
InCue may maintain a common payment and payout ledger for QR service payments, future customer app payments, subscription payments, payment links, invoices, manual payment records, refunds, settlement records, and payouts. These records may be used for reporting, reconciliation, support, audits, settlement tracking, and operational visibility.
14. Sales and Revenue Recognition
InCue admin reports should treat a payment as a real sale or revenue only when the payment is captured by the payment gateway, received in the bank or wallet, or manually marked as received by an authorized admin after verification. Trial access, pending payments, failed payments, unpaid invoices, cancelled orders, refunded amounts, or disputed amounts should not be counted as revenue.
15. Manual Payment Confirmation
InCue may allow authorized admins to manually mark a payment as received after checking bank transfer, UPI receipt, cash record, payment proof, invoice status, or other valid confirmation. Incorrect manual payment marking may be corrected after review. Manual payment marking should be used responsibly and only by authorized users.
16. Taxes and GST
GST and other applicable taxes may apply as per Indian law. Merchant subscription invoices, customer service payments, settlement records, and payouts may require correct tax treatment based on the nature of the transaction, merchant setup, invoice flow, payment provider records, and applicable law. Merchants are responsible for their own tax compliance, service billing, customer invoices, and accounting treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. Customer Service Payment Responsibility
For customer payments made for a merchant's service, the merchant remains responsible for the actual service, pricing, cancellation handling, customer communication, service delivery, invoice/receipt obligations, and any service-related dispute unless InCue has specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
18. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, failed service delivery disputes, or customer payment complaints may be handled according to the applicable merchant policy, payment provider rules, InCue Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any written merchant agreement. A refund or chargeback may affect settlement, payout, dashboard reports, and accounting records.
19. Third-Party Payment Providers
InCue may use third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other payment platforms. Payment success, capture, refund, settlement, payout, dispute handling, routing, provider downtime, verification, KYC, chargeback, and gateway fees may depend on the third-party provider. InCue is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment systems beyond its reasonable control.
20. Account Suspension for Payment Issues
InCue may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or stop access to paid services if subscription payments are overdue, payment verification fails, payment is reversed, fraud is suspected, chargebacks occur, invoices remain unpaid, or payment terms are violated. Access may be restored after payment and verification, subject to InCue approval.
21. Changes to This Payment Policy
MR Industry may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, payment provider changes, settlement changes, tax changes, new payment flows, or business decisions. Updated policy terms will be published on this website. Continued use of InCue after updates means you accept the updated policy.
