4. Eligibility
You may use InCue only if you are legally capable of entering into a valid agreement under applicable law. If you use InCue on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
5. Account Registration and Access
Merchants and staff may be required to create or access accounts to use certain InCue features. You agree to provide accurate and updated information, keep login credentials confidential, use accounts only for authorized purposes, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for correctly setting up business details, services, average service time, staff users, permissions, devices, QR links, display screens, and queue settings. Merchants are responsible for lawfully collecting and using customer data, informing customers about token generation and queue communication, managing staff access responsibly, ensuring queue operations are handled fairly and professionally, and complying with applicable laws including data protection, consumer, tax, healthcare, and business laws.
7. Staff Access and Permissions
Merchants may create staff accounts and assign roles or permissions. Merchants are responsible for giving staff only necessary access, removing staff access when no longer required, monitoring staff activity, and ensuring staff use InCue lawfully and responsibly. InCue may maintain logs of staff actions for accountability, security, and operational purposes.
8. Queue and Token Operations
InCue may allow merchants and staff to generate tokens, call tokens, start service, complete service, hold tokens, cancel tokens, mark no-show, pause queue, resume queue, and manage service-wise queue flow. Merchants are responsible for how they operate their queue and for handling any customer disputes, delays, priority cases, emergency cases, or service decisions.
9. QR Token Generation
Merchants may use QR codes or links to allow customers to generate tokens. Customers are responsible for entering accurate details. Merchants are responsible for configuring QR token settings correctly. If a QR code is inactive, unlinked, expired, paused, or the merchant queue is closed, token generation may not be available.
10. Customer Tracking Link
Customers may use InCue tracking links to view token status, queue status, current serving token, selected service, estimated waiting time, tokens ahead, and last updated information. Tracking links are provided for queue visibility and convenience. InCue does not guarantee that every queue update will be instant in every situation due to internet, device, server, third-party, or merchant operation issues.
11. Display App / TV Token Display
InCue may provide a display app or TV token display showing current serving token, waiting tokens, recently served tokens, queue status, and related display information. Merchants are responsible for pairing display devices correctly, keeping displays connected, placing displays responsibly, and ensuring no sensitive personal, medical, financial, or private information is shown publicly.
12. Estimated Waiting Time Disclaimer
Estimated waiting time is only an approximation. InCue does not guarantee exact waiting time because actual service time may depend on merchant operations, staff availability, customer delays, no-shows, queue pauses, emergency or priority cases, service duration changes, internet issues, device issues, or other operational factors. Customers should treat estimated waiting time as guidance only.
13. WhatsApp/SMS Alerts
InCue may send WhatsApp/SMS alerts for token confirmation, queue updates, reminder alerts, now-serving status, delay or early updates, feedback requests, subscription or account updates, product updates, and promotional messages where applicable. Message delivery depends on third-party providers, customer device availability, network conditions, template approval, and platform rules. Users may opt out of promotional messages where applicable. Service or transactional messages related to queue/token management may still be sent where required for service delivery.
14. WhatsApp Charges
WhatsApp automation is optional and usage-based unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement. If enabled, WhatsApp automation is charged at ₹1 + GST per generated token. A generated token flow may include multiple useful updates such as token confirmation, reminders, now-serving notification, delay/early update where applicable, and feedback link. WhatsApp charges may be billed separately from the monthly software subscription.
15. Feedback Collection
InCue may allow merchants to collect feedback after service completion. Feedback is intended to help merchants understand customer experience and improve operations. Merchants are responsible for how they use, display, respond to, or act upon feedback. InCue does not guarantee that feedback will be accurate, complete, or representative of all customers.
16. Reports and Analytics
InCue may provide reports and analytics such as token count, completed tokens, no-show tokens, cancelled tokens, waiting load, average waiting time, busy hours, service demand, staff activity, counter activity, WhatsApp usage, and related operational data. Reports are provided for business visibility and may depend on available data, device connectivity, system status, and correct merchant usage.
17. Subscription Plans and Payments
InCue may offer monthly subscription plans, paid add-ons, WhatsApp/SMS usage charges, custom services, or enterprise services. Plan features, limits, and pricing may vary based on the selected subscription. Published prices are subject to change from time to time. Access to paid services may require successful payment. InCue may issue payment links, invoices, or other payment instructions through admin, sales, or authorized channels.
18. Taxes and GST
All prices are exclusive of GST unless specifically stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes may be charged as per Indian law. GSTIN: 06FXUPM5416C1Z9. Merchants are responsible for providing correct billing, business, and tax details.
19. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website. Unless required by law or specifically approved by MR Industry, subscription fees for an active or used billing period are generally non-refundable. Usage-based charges such as WhatsApp automation may be non-refundable once incurred.
20. Free Trial / Demo / Early Access
InCue may offer demos, free trials, pilot access, or early access at its discretion. Such access may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Demo or trial access does not guarantee continued free access, future feature availability, or fixed pricing.

23. Sensitive Data Restrictions
Merchants, staff, and customers must not enter prescriptions, diagnosis, medical history, treatment details, Aadhaar numbers, government IDs, payment card details, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into InCue token forms, queue notes, customer tracking, display screens, or feedback forms unless a specific approved feature and written agreement allows it. InCue is designed for queue visibility, not sensitive record storage.
24. Promotional Communication
InCue may send promotional, informational, service-related, and feature-related messages to merchants, staff, and customers. These may include product updates, feature announcements, offers, service alerts, subscription reminders, queue-related alerts, feedback requests, onboarding messages, and help messages. Promotional communication will be subject to applicable laws and platform rules. Users may opt out of promotional messages where applicable.
25. Service Availability
We aim to keep InCue available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by internet connectivity, device issues, hosting/cloud provider downtime, authentication provider issues, database issues, WhatsApp/SMS provider issues, payment provider issues, browser issues, maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.
26. Third-Party Services
InCue may depend on third-party providers such as hosting/cloud providers, authentication providers, database providers, WhatsApp/SMS providers, payment providers, analytics tools, monitoring providers, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for failures, delays, policy changes, template rejections, account restrictions, downtime, pricing changes, or service changes by third-party providers.
27. Payment Links and External Payments
InCue may use external payment links or third-party payment providers for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, or usage-based charges. Payment completion, settlement, refund processing, payment failure, or payment dispute handling may depend on the relevant payment provider. Access may be activated, renewed, suspended, or cancelled based on payment status.
28. No Medical Advice / No Medical Records
InCue does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, or healthcare decisions. InCue is not a medical records system. Healthcare decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant medical professional, healthcare provider, or merchant. InCue should not be used for emergency care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical record storage.
29. Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to support account and service security. However, no software, network, or online service can be guaranteed fully secure. Merchants and staff are responsible for keeping devices, browsers, accounts, passwords, OTP access, and staff permissions secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR Industry and InCue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, reputation, revenue, data, or operational losses arising from use of the service.
