Play your own video and image ads on the TV that already shows your tokens: packages, new services, festive offers and notices for the customers already waiting. Ads run only when the next call isn't due; a token call pauses the ad for the announcement, then it resumes from the same spot. Play reports show how often each ad ran.

Priced per token actually sent (₹1 each) rather than a flat monthly WhatsApp fee, so a slow day costs less instead of you paying for capacity you didn't use.
