Your data rights
Use this form for data you gave InCue or a business that uses InCue: a clinic, salon, service centre or office where you took a token. We reply within 30 days.
See your data
A summary of the personal data held about you and who it was shared with.
Correct or update it
Fix a wrong name or number, or complete missing details.
Erase it
Remove your name and number from tokens, bookings and feedback, unless a law requires us to keep a record.
Withdraw consent
Stop further use based on your consent. For WhatsApp updates on a token, use the button on your tracking page.
Nominate someone
Name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
Raise a grievance
Tell us if you are unhappy with how your data was handled.

You get a reference number straight away, and we resolve requests within 30 days (the law allows up to 90).
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its official online portal.
If you took a token at a business, that business decides how your details are used and InCue processes them on its behalf. You can ask the business directly, or ask us and we will act with them. See the Privacy Policy.
